Classes

Individually, each class is designed to assist you in becoming healthier and fit. Collectively, the classes support and build upon one another. The format of the classes highlight our focus on compound movement, allowing for greater gains over a shorter period of time. You don’t need to participate in every class being offered, but participating in at least two classes per week will benefit you greatly.

Designed to build strength and boost your cardio endurance, this fast-paced workout minimizes rest time, keeping you moving efficiently from one exercise to the next.
