Classes

Individually, each class is designed to assist you in becoming healthier and fit. Collectively, the classes support and build upon one another. The format of the classes highlight our focus on compound movement, allowing for greater gains over a shorter period of time. You don’t need to participate in every class being offered, but participating in at least two classes per week will benefit you greatly.


CIRCUIT CIRCUS
TUESDAY / Thursday / Saturday 8:30am

This high-energy group fitness class is built around dynamic movement in a circuit training format, designed to challenge and elevate your total-body fitness. You'll move through a series of stations that combine strength, cardio, and mobility work — all focused on improving cardiovascular endurance, range of motion, and overall strength.

Expect explosive exercises, functional patterns, and controlled intensity that keeps your heart rate up while building lean muscle and enhancing mobility. Every session is scalable, making it accessible for all fitness levels.
